On June 15, we left Northern Rockies Lodge and headed toward to Watson Lake - along the way we saw quite a few pretty  rushing mountain streams.

We saw our first Buffalos and Black Bears

And finally the Yukon sign with TG (Travelocity Gnome)

Got to our RV park:  "Downtown RV Park" in Watson Lake, crammed in like sardines, on a dry gravel lot, but surprisingly Quiet at night! No wifi, but Good Cable!

Set up camp, had our lunch and went over to the Sign forest!  OMG!! Hundreds, Thousands of signs...

The sign below is from a town very close to our home!! I will contact them when we get home to let them know we saw it!!!

This sign was one of the more unique ones that we saw:

And our "$70.00 sign!"

We spent over 5 hours there altogether and never did find Patty and Torben's sign!

Then Monday, June 17, we hitched up our wagon and headed on up the road to Whitehorse!  Along the way, we stopped at a nice rest area and took the short hike to the Rancheria Falls - Very pretty!

Through a part of the Mackenzie Mountains and along Backbone Ridge:

Got to Whitehorse about 4:00 yesterday afternoon, very nice, in the woods with GREAT cable and wifi down at the rec hall.. Very fast!

Den washed the FILTHY rig while I cooked dinner and finally sunset at 11:15!!!!!!!

This morning, the 18th, I loaded the crockpot with a big pot roast, taters and carrots and we took off for town:

Some of the sights around town:

Loved this life size wood carving of a miner:

Dinner is ready, heading back to the camper - don't know when we will have wifi again - so:  TILL THEN!  Safe Travels, everyone!!!!!

Leaving for Dawson City in the morning!
